in “letting go, loss, separation, disappearance, death” series (2022–2025): White and green bulbes on a black background (Bulles blanches et vertes sur fond noir) (2025)
A series where deep emotion is transformed into colour, texture, and luminous bubbles that drift upward like transformed tears. Each artwork explores the moment where suffering turns into clarity – where darkness opens a passage for light.
In this work, sorrow becomes light: Bubbles rising through darkness, grief turning into breath, color, and quiet resilience. A meditation on death, waiting, and the soft shimmer of hope that insists on breaking through.
Set against a darker, almost celestial background, bright green and white bubbles puncture the shadows. This piece evokes the stillness of a night garden — a place where grief becomes illumination. Created in oil and pigment on paper, framed (33 × 27 cm), its texture adds depth and quiet vibrancy.
This work holds space for transformation: from anguish to breath, from weight to light.
